This hotel kept our money and still hasn’t refunded us. We booked through Expedia and when we called to let them know that we were there to stay with them they said they didn’t have room for us , we’re trying to get our money back. They are not responding to us or to Expedia’s emails. All we want was a refund, terrible terrible customer service do not stay at this Hotel

"10 years past since our last stay and we came back here because the fond memories, but I could swear nothing changed in this ten years, probably only the sheets...maybe...because not even a single change in position in the decorations or remodeling. It looks outdated. At least a fresh paint will ..."
