Located in a nice diverse neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops. Close to several Metro stops which makes it easy to see the sites in Paris. Walking distance to the Opera and Galleries Lafayette. Get the breakfast option which includes a large variety of items and is very convenient. They had an issue with the AC in our room but they gave us a fan and was fixed the next day! The room was very clean. We had a great experience with 1K. The only issues we had was that the walls were black and hallways are VERY dark. There was hardly any light! The front desk staff were very helpful whenever we had a question. Also it had effective air conditioning, which we were so grateful for, as our visit coincided with a heat wave with temperatures in Paris in the lower to mid thirties. The morning breakfast is a must and it helps keep your food costs down due to the fact that it has a variety of items they provide.
