Check out this condo in Whispering Pines, Hello Sunshine. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located right off of the Pigeon Forge strip near The Old Mill. This condo is located on the second floor, but there are elevators and luggage carts available! A short walk away is the indoor pool, hot tub, and gym. During the warmer months an outdoor lazy river, pool, and hot tub is also available (Dates are set by the HOA based off weather so we cannot guarantee that it will be opened before/after Memorial Day to Labor Day). Enjoy a jetted jacuzzi tub in the primary bedroom! Enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room (seasonal) and some outdoor dining on the covered patio.

2025 Spring Break

Perfect location for a spring break trip with our grandkids. The condo was very clean and had everything needed. Easy access to all the attractions, approximately 15 minutes to Gatlinburg. The hosts did a great job of communicating before and during our trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location near Dollywood. It was up the hill off the busy street so very quiet. The place was very clean and big, comfortable beds.

Great location, convenient to so many things. The pool and lazy river were great and the condo was as described and pictured. Property manager checked in a couple of times throughout the stay, and that was appreciated! Would stay at Whispering Pines again and would book a property through Magnolia again!

Anniversary stay

We had a wonderful time, took brother and sister-n-law, stayed a couple of relaxing days. The condo was exceptionally clean, which meant a lot to us, like being at home. Enjoyed sightseeing and activities in the Smokey Mountains.

Wonderful Place!!

We rented the condo for a quick getaway for our daughter’s dance competition. It was very clean, had plenty of space, and just overall great. We will definitely be coming back!

We had such a great time with Magnolia Vacations, we loved the connivence of the location. Our only complaint would be that there was no vacuum or broom to clean up after our toddler.

Great Location

We were very happy with our stay. Check in process was very simple. We did need to contact the property manager once, sent her a text and she responded quickly. The condo was very clean and had the basic kitchen necessities. Location is off the Parkway on a hill by a block or so, it was nice being so close to everything without hearing all the noise from the balcony.

Wonderful Stay!

Our property (condo 422) was very easy to locate. It was very neat and clean. We will definently be staying here again! Maybe i missed it and i apologize if i did but i do wish we had access to a broom or vacuum, i hated to leave crumbs from my kids. Loved the location all around!

Really high beds.

We loved the location! Everything was clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. My husband and I went with another couple the beds were really high for all of us even with the stool provided! This would not keep us from using this property again but I would ask if they had a unit with lower beds.

Nice Short stay get away

We enjoyed the accommodations overall. We did have a few issues to be addressed, and they were handled amicably. The hosts seem friendly and helpful. The PBR bed is very spongey, but comfortable. Be prepared for very high entry. The in room jacuzzi bath was quite nice. We have a host home in our home town and understand the ins and outs of hosting guests.

Home away from home

As soon as we walked through the door there was a sense of “home”. This adorable condo was even nicely decorated with Christmas decor, a delightful surprise to us and especially after leaving our home’s decor the day after Christmas to have this trip. The layout of this place is warm and cozy and we absolutely enjoyed our stay here. While the primary bed is very tall, they even supplied a small step stool to make getting in the bed a bit easier. Our teenage girls enjoyed the property’s heated pool and jacuzzi- which was our primary reason to book this place. The adults enjoyed the quietness of our morning coffee on the back deck (we even had visits from the local deer). Overall, we had the best time in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area and really enjoyed coming “home” after a full day to a cozy condo to relax. We would love to stay here again.

Great stay!

Upon arrival I was very pleased to see it so close to the steps. Literally 1 flight of stairs and 2nd door on the right. Parking was very good. The condos was super cute. They had a Christmas tree that was beautifully decorated and the lighting from it and the fireplace made the living room super cozy. We slept on the bed in the guest room. It was very firm, I’m more of a softer mattress person. We had a 9 month old and were super happy to find a clean pack and play in our closet. I was able to tell my daughter not to bring hers. That was a nice surprise! It was very clean and I didn’t feel like I need to sanitize everything! Thank you so much for sharing your condo with my family!

Nice unit & Management

The unit is nice, updated and decorated well. We had issues with cleanliness of the floors and in the guest bedroom (sheets & pillowcases) as well as a too small sheet on the master which engulfed us as soon as we laid down.I reached out to management and they made sure they corrected this, sent out a cleaning crew and took care of our issues. It has your basic housewares to cook with and towels but plan on bringing everything else with you (ie. extra TP, paper towels, napkins, unbreakable cups, garbage bags, coffee filters, S&P, seasonings, etc). They did drop off pump soap at our request because there was only hand sanitizer at the kitchen sink which isn't great for raw meat hands and we didn't imagine we'd have to bring our own soap with us. Bar soap in the bathrooms. One small garbage bag was (15 gal?) provided and then you have to get your own. We have always chosen this sort of lodging due to ther personal touches and accomodations but this one was lacking a bit. We left here and drove to Kentucky and it was fully stocked with everything incl:TP,ppr towel,trash bags,coffee filters, tea, S&P, even had popcorn, hot cocoa & oatmeal packets for guests, as well as a thank you note and cheesecake sampler waiting in the fridge. This rental could up it's game in personal touches. A pack of 100 coffee filters costs a buck and is a simple and cheap benefit. The facility was decent enough, although aged. Nice pool, cold/basic lazy river.
