This cabin was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the view from the porch and the hot tub. The cabin was cleaned when we arrived. We had a couple issues but they were quickly resolved.

I took my daughter and her best friend to PF for her 16th birthday. This cabin was even nicer than the pictures. Beautiful views. VERY clean. Great location away from the craziness but still close. The girls loved the hot tub. Beds were comfy. The pool table was fun. 10/10 recommend 😊

Beautiful Views

The place has beautiful views and we were thinking it would be noisy with all the neighbors but it wasn’t. The kitchen could be better equipped. There was no can opener or wine bottle opener. The couch is a little uncomfortable but doable. We enjoyed our brief stay.

Cabin Close to Dollywood!

The cabin was very nice. However the fireplace was not working upon arrival. I reached out to the Property Manager but no one ever stopped by to fix it. The living room sofa is very dated and almost sinks down to the floor. The cabin was very clean and we still enjoyed ourselves.

A Cut Above

Gorgeous location just outside of Pigeon Forge. The cabin was solid with a great view. Everything worked out well but it's a little older and needs a deep cleaning, new couch and overall inspection. A few of the bulbs were burnt out, ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom quit working. Everything else was great and we had fun with my parents for a wedding weekend for my son in the Smokey Mountains.

Great weekend getaway

Great cabin. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very clean. Lots of positives to mention . Nice decor, beds, pool table, hot tub, WiFi, TVs, etc. Everything worked and was in good condition. Something small to mention, there is very little in the way of cooking pans, and the one skillet is very warped. If you intend to do a lot of cooking, you may want to bring your own pans. Also, the keypad to unlock the door didn’t work, but the property manager was very fast to respond and had us in the cabin in just 5 or 10 minutes. Overall it was a great stay. I would definitely stay again.

Good Cabin with Poor Upkeep

Nice and easy drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Easy check-in and relatively easy checkout process. Unfortunately, the upkeep of the cabin is lacking. It appeared no one had vacuumed the second-floor room or cleaned the upstairs bathroom. The outside of the cabin could stand to be pressure washed and remove the bird poop from the left behind bird nest. The freezer door handle is broken. The downstairs bathroom needs to be caulked, currently, the existing caulking is moldy.

The property is in gated community. The cabin had tons of bugs/ flies on the sink. Kitchen cabinet broke off as soon as I opened it. The toilets ran the whole time we were there. Cabin has no privacy. You can hear traffic from the roads. Cabins beds were comfortable. Overall clean. No can opener. Not enough towels for a family provided. Overall good stay. I would not stay again.

Garbage cans not empty... Garbage under garbage bags in cans Dust everywhere,baseboards, under beds very dirty, doors, top of fridge and anywhere else we looked. Dresser drawers need to be fixed and cleaned out...someone's bra was still in one. handle missing on nightstand upstairs. Garbage under bathroom sink. Porch light still out. Hot tub was nice. Extra pillow stained. General cleanliness not great Nice location but view in picture definitely not current. Disappointing and misleading

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay and everyone had a great time. We had a few issues with the cabin. The door code was not set to our code when we arrived, and we had to wait in the cold to get in. There wasn’t a blanket available for the pull out couch. We spoke with the owner on both of these and she resolved them quickly. The cabin has a few things that need attention. Faucet handle for hot water on the jacuzzi tub is broken, pool table pockets are ripped and the balls fall out, upstairs toilet continuously runs. Cabins are very close together and during our stay the cabin next to us had music blaring on the back deck and several children screaming in the hot tub well past quiet hours, keeping our family awake. Quiet hours are posted, but no number for the resort to call, and no enforcement of the quiet hours. Cabin was clean and kitchen was fairly well stocked. Beautiful view of the snow covered mountains!

Good, not great.

I typically don't leave reviews and honestly don't usually have much criticisms on my bookings. However, the cleanliness of the property was an issue. Upon arrival, there were a trail of ants leading from outside to under the sofa in the living area. Initially I thought, "Hey, we are in the mountains, ants are going to happen". I cleaned them up and followed the trail to find food under the sofa that was not cleaned. Upon going upstairs, one of the pool table pockets had old hair ties and trash in it and my children, while playing hide and seek, found discarded trash and Boba Tea cups under the master bedroom bed. Overall, I enjoyed the property and I am thankful for the opportunity, but the cleanliness ultimately lead to this rating. The trees outside were also very overgrown and the view from the hot tub was definitely not as pristine as the photos. But, the cleanliness was the main issue. Fix this and I would stay again!
