Waterfront home on the Little Pigeon River but just half mile from the Parkway. Come hear the birds and enjoy the rocking chairs and private hot tub. Fish for trout even from your deck. We offer a BBQ Grill, Picnic Table and large covered parking for up to 4 cars.

Charming gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and leather furniture. Enjoy Two large king master bedrooms both with their own direct bathroom access. Oversized indoor jetted tub.

Cable, HBO, DVD, Net Flix and board games.

Come see why we fell in love with this home and it's easy half mile distance to the Parkway. Easy drive even with winter snow.

We include linens, towels and starter supplies of bath soap, paper towels, dw soap, dish soap and tp. Just bring your own shampoo and laundry soap if needed.

The location of this place was fantastic…nice and quiet, but close to the parkway. It was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook ( wish we’d found a plastic spatula for the non-stick pan, but not a big deal). I’m a bit picky about what I sleep on, but the mattresses were comfy! The patio and hot tub were my favorite part. Loved listening to the water run after a long day out. Would stay here again for sure.

My family and I have nothing bad to say about this wonderful river house we stayed in for 5 nights. The decor in each room was spot on for Pigeon Forge. We were cozy and comfortable. We had fun with the arcade games. My Siberian Husky also enjoyed her stay! Personally, I loved the view and the sound of the Little Pigeon River. We will definitely come back.
