The property, though only 1 block from the Main Strip in Pidgeon Forge, was amazingly quiet. And the back terrace, though part of a larger condo structure, felt isolated and completely private. It was the best of both worlds, right in town, but felt like you were out in the country.

The room was clean and had all the amenities you would need for a great stay. The view from the balcony of the river was amazing and we enjoyed the sound and also all the ducks and geese. We actually even got to see a bald eagle.

We usually pick a cabin because we all want to stay together. Choosing a 3 bedroom condo right in town was a different experience for us and one that did not disappoint. Easy access, closeness to attractions, and every amenity you could need is available. We loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom and smart TVs. The kitchen was fully stocked. And there’s soaps and shampoos in the showers. I would definitely rent again.

NICE, clean & great location

The building the condo is located in feels very safe and clean outside. The condo itself is roomy, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms...perfect for extended family staying together! It was clean, updated and the balcony overlooking the river was peaceful. We will definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay!

This was the perfect condo for our family vacation to Pigeon Forge! The layout was great for our family of 5 and it was close to all the attractions. The river view was so peaceful and we really appreciated all of the amenities! My favorite were the scented bath-bombs for the tub and all of the assorted teas and creamers. Thank you for a great stay!!

Really Nice

Great location, host, and condo. Pictures don’t do it justice. The creek and wildlife behind it was wonderful from the balcony. I would definitely stay there again.

Stop searching, this is a great place! Location is perfect if you want to access activities quickly. 5 minutes from Dollywood and so easy to get to Gatlinburg. Pool is right next to condo and the river. You can catch trout right in front of the condo. Communication with the owner was spot on! Condo itself was very spacious and decorated beautifully. Very clean as well . Go ahead and book it you will be happy

Great condo in the center of Pigeon Forge and all the activities! Condo was super clean and host was amazing, checking in with us to make sure everything was okay. Loved the big porch over looking the river, and the ducks and geese. Plenty of room for 5 adults! Would definitely stay here again.

A perfect place to stay!

Communication with the owner was great as he always texted back quickly, was friendly and very helpful. The condo is very quiet and clean and is nicely furnished and decorated. My favorite chair at the condo is the rocking chair on the patio beside the river. That peaceful sound was very relaxing! We will be staying here again!

Great place!

I was impressed when I walked in the door. It was the perfect place for our group of 6. It was so nice to get there after a long drive and get a cup of coffee, which was already on hand. I especially enjoyed the automatic air fresheners keeping everything smelling amazing. It was very clean. The soap, conditioner and shampoo provided in the bathrooms were terrific and the dispenser much better than at any hotel I ever stayed in. My kids and I played the board games provided and really enjoyed it. The view of the river is pretty. I would stay again!

Plenty of room-Great view

We enjoyed the stay. There is plenty of room for a larger group. We enjoyed feeding the ducks and geese from the large balcony. A branch of the Little Pigeon River was right below us. It was wonderful to listen to. The condo has updated furnishings. The kitchen was nicely outfitted. It was great to have seasonings and some coffee available. It was very clean. The owners were easily accessible and checked in with us to make sure everything was acceptable. It is close to everything in Pigeon Forge and being at the south end is 15-20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.
