2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Pigeon Forge chalet located about 1 mile from downtown. Sunset Passion is not pet-friendly and is non-smoking. There is a fully equipped kitchen and also a washer/dryer, plus charcoal cooking grill. One bedroom has a king size bed, while the other has a queen. There is a indoor whirlpool in one bath and a large hot tub on the covered deck. Night time offers views of the lights of Pigeon Forge and, in the Winter, some nice mountain views from your deck, too! The living room features a gas log fireplace, 3 Color TV's with Cable, and a sleeper sofa. This cabin features a sun room with a futon in the back and the chalet will sleep up to 7. For extra added enjoyment, a foosball table has just been added to the sun room. Great location convenient to all the attractions.

Great place & location

Pleasantly surprised at how superior this place was to others we have stayed over the years. It is by far the cleanest we have ever stayed it. Everything was super easy from booking, registration to checking out. Would definitely recommend and we plan to book again soon!

Loved the home, perfect for our weekend getaway. Great location, quiet, but still very close to everything in Pogeon Forge. Nice view from the back deck. Absolutely, loved it!

Perfect location

Loved that it was close to town but yet felt far enough away to relax. Loved that there were tvs so we could have breaks for each other. Hot tub was great and enjoyed the home. Only suggestions - the fans in bathrooms were very loud. Other than that it was great.

Convenient place

My family with 3kids/2 adults travelled with my 2 parents in law. The place is very spacious, clean and got all we need the foosball game room with a bed accommodate my okder 2kiddos. We love the place and it is very convenient to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Close to smokies too. Easy check in and check out. Glad i found this place.

High school graduation girls weekend

My daughter and i and her friend cane to celebrate their high school graduation. The home was so very comfortable, well equipped and clean. We all loved the showers. I stayed in the master suite and the bed was very comfortable. The beautiful shower and all the water options was fantastic!

Very clean close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Beds very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Working online and physically with host. Only couple steps up and inside one level that is easy to move around. Did not use hot tub but checked it out and well maintained and clean

Great Location

House was just as described. It is in a perfect location, just a short drive to the Parkway, yet on a backroad and if you know the area, easy to get around traffic. Bed in master bedroom was a little too hard for me and my husband but may be perfect for others. The only issue we had was finding sheets for the sleeper sofa and borrowed sheets from relatives. The next day we found them under the coffee table which we had moved to the side to open up the bed. It was after 9 p.m. when we started looking so, we did not call the office.Other than that, we had no issues and would stay there when in town again.

Clean but needs maintenance

The home was very clean. The location was good. The view was neighborhood. The showers were great. The floors inside and outside need maintenance. The kitchen flooring had a hole in it. The fridge front was all dented. The tile in the front bedroom was cracked and broken with missing grout. The handrails on the front steps were loose and unsafe for proper support. The outdoor deck and porch boards need refinishing.

Beautiful, clean house

The house was beautiful and very clean. It was in a great location. There were a few minor things that we wanted you to know about. The kitchen faucet is very loose, you have to make sure it's positioned properly so it doesn't turn back on. The dining table is wobbly, the lamp in the 1st bedroom base is loose we noticed it was set on the cord to level it. The matter bedroom TV has no internet connection no matter what we tried. Other than that it was a wonderful home and we are happy we chose it. Thank you!! The kitchen faucet is very loose

Great place to kick back and relax

We arrived well after the office was closed, but had all the necessary information to check in. The place was clean (except for the often overlooked ceiling fans) and very comfortable. The floorboards creaked a lot, and the front bedroom's bathroom shower floor was especially noisy, but that is the ONLY complaint we had about the place! It is updated and comfortable - perfect for the end of the day after amusement parks and touristy stuff! We unfortunately never had the opportunity to use the hot tub, but it was there and ready. They also had a book with information on various area attractions, in case you needed that information. Overall, a fabulous place to stay, and I would stay here again if/when we make it back to the area. As far as the management company goes, contacting them was per email or phone call...and we couldn't always answer the phone nor check emails. Texting or an app would be much simpler to do (as we did with other management companies on our trip). That said, they were very nice when we did manage to contact them via phone! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Location! Location! Location!

My family and I absolutely loved this rental. Everything was clean and ready to go. The neighborhood was quiet. Shopping centers and attractions were just right around the corner. Kitchen was fairly well equipped with most of what we needed for our Christmas dinner, minus a strainer! But we made it work. Check in was easy. Hosts were kind and attentive leading up to our check in date and informed us of strong winds during our stay and to be cautious. The only thing I would say is if your traveling with kids under 1, maybe book a different more kid-friendly home with baby gear provided just because there really wasn’t anything handy for our almost 2 year old in this particular home, like a high chair or even a pack-n-play for him to sleep in. My husband and I had to squeeze in a king bed with our 2 kids. And I feel the only other things missing was a full body mirror. But maybe I’m just being picky! Other than that we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely book this house again in the future when my kids are older and less needy 😅 Thank you so much Fireside Chalets, we will definitely be booking with you again!
