Welcome to Lazy Bear. Located on the 2nd level of the wonderful Colonial Crest Condominiums which is just about a block off the main Parkway.

Easy walking access to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer.
The Island, Pirates Voyage, Comedy Barn, Paula Deens and many other popular attractions are within just a 5 minute walk.

**NOTE: This unit is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. You will have one flight of stairs**

Lazy Bear will accommodate up to 4 people comfortably with a king size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Lazy Bear has 1 bathroom with a shower. There is also a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom.
Fully equipped kitchen that has all the essentials for dining in.
Flat screen tvs with cable in both the living room and the bedroom.
There is a stackable washer and dryer as well for your convenience.

No pets are allowed due to owners allergies. No smoking inside condo (there is a designated smoking gazebo located next to the pool).

Nice outdoor swimming pool for those days you just want to relax by the water.

We look forward to having you as our guest!

Note: We do have a Ring doorbell which monitors the outside front door and parking lot only. Also, no trailers are allowed in parking lot due to limited amount of parking spaces.

Great Get Away

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was cute, clean, and comfortable. I loved the bear decor. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had get water pressure and plenty of hot water. The jacuzzi was great too. Highly recommended!

Great small place

We went for a spring break trip and my group loved it. As we used the kitchen daily and it was in a quite area in town. As it’s near by pigeon forge, gaitlinburg , Smokey mountains.

Just a couple of blocks off the main road and within walking distance to the island. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Jetted bath was great and had the hottest water!

Dance Competition/Family Vacation

My daughter had a dance competition at the Sevierville Convention center, but we also decided to make this our family vacation. Location of the condo was perfect for trips to the convention center and enjoying all the attractions/restaurants within walking distance. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our week!

Immaculate and comfortable condo

The condo was spacious, spotless, and meticulously decorated with a Smokey mountain bear theme. My wife and I found our stay to be comfortable and relaxing. The Island, restaurants, and entertainment venues are within walking distance. We really enjoyed our visit.

It was clean, cozy, and conveniently located to everything. Loved the swan shaped towels on the bed. I did leave a tip for cleaning lady...couldn't figure how to turn on fireplace, couldnt find the knob the book said to use to turn up.but over all loved it!

Quiet little condo close to everything

This condo was the perfect little place. Close to everything you could actually walk to activities on the main drag when traffic is at a stand still. If you dont wanna walk, everything is still at a close drive to get to too. Its on the top floor so noone above bothering you making noise. Only 1 flight of stairs to climb and 2 doors down from them. So a little walk to get to the condo after your long day of walking. Its very clean and has everything you will ever need on your trip. Very comfortable king size bed to sleep in to rest up for the next day. Wonderful water pressure in the shower you dont wanna leave it. Only a stand up shower so not tub, but you can soak in the whirlpool tub in the bedroom. And lastly, its on a dead end road so its secluded with very little traffic to none at all.

Nice place

The condo was very nice and clean! The only issues I had were not being able to use the fireplace and not being able to operate the tv. There needs to be instructions on how to connect/ operate the tv if it has satellite or cable service. I had to connect it to the Wi-Fi and watch Netflix or streaming channels. Also, the fireplace had no instructions on how to use. I'm tech savvy and wasn't able to figure it out. I found the remote (had to put batteries in it) and still couldn't get it to turn on. Other than these issues, we enjoyed our stay! I would stay here again.
