The Space:

Cool mountain air drifts across the property as you step onto the private backyard, the scent of pine mingling with the faint crackle of the wood‑burning fire pit. Inside, soft lighting and an indoor fireplace welcome you after a day of exploring the Parkway, while the heated indoor pool glistens, inviting a swim no matter the season. Evenings unfold on the patio, the hot tub steaming gently as the Tennessee sky deepens, and the movie theater room offers a quiet retreat with reclining seats and a wall of screen.



Sleeping arrangements

All bedrooms and baths are on a single level. Two bedrooms each feature a king bed; one shares a bathroom, the other includes a full ensuite. A third bedroom provides a queen bed with its own full ensuite. The bunk room sleeps six with two queen beds side by side, twin bunks above each queen, and a full ensuite bathroom. The living room holds two queen sofa beds, and a crib and pack‑and‑play are available for younger guests.



Indoor activities

A private indoor pool stays heated year‑round, so you can swim regardless of weather. The dedicated movie theater room offers reclining seats for film nights, while arcade games, a game console, foosball, shuffleboard, board games, and a NERF Battle Wall keep the whole group entertained. Fast wifi and a workspace in the common area support work or streaming whenever you need it.



Outdoor living

The fenced backyard opens to a wood‑burning fire pit surrounded by comfortable outdoor furniture. A hot tub sits nearby for a warm soak on cooler evenings. A BBQ grill with utensils lets you fire up simple meals, and the patio or balcony provides additional space to relax under the sky.

Christmas decorations are displayed from approximately December 1 through 31, subject to guest turnover dates. Military, veteran, police and firefighter guests receive a 5 % discount when proof of service is provided, excluding major holidays.
