The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We had a small issue with the showers and they sent someone out immediately and it was resolved very quickly. Located close to all the activities in pigeon forge but out enough to make it quiet. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
