This cabin is located in a newly built neighborhood just minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. While the area is still under construction, many cabins are already being rented. The developer is mindful of current guests, and the community features stylish, well-built cabins throughout. It’s a peaceful area with distant mountain views, yet just a short drive to all the dining, shopping, and entertainment the Parkway has to offer.
Getting Around:
The roads to the cabin are paved, and parking is available in the private driveway. While the neighborhood is easy to access in normal conditions, construction nearby can make the roads muddy after rain. A vehicle is necessary, and we recommend 4x4 drive when visiting the Smokies—especially if you plan to explore higher elevations or travel during winter weather.
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.
• This cabin sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.
• Electric fireplace is seasonal (typically October–March, weather permitting).
• Coffee maker is a Keurig + regular combo—please bring your own coffee.
• Roads may be muddy after rain due to new construction.
• 4x4 drive is recommended for Smoky Mountain travel.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
