Mountain View Condos - A Painter’s Retreat - 3 Bedroom/ 2Bath - Pigeon Forge

Welcome to your 3 bedroom condo vacation get away! We are located on the sixth floor. As you enter you will find a furnished kitchen and plenty of storage space so you can cook your favorite meals. There is a dining room table for you to enjoy eating together. The living room contains comfy chairs and a sofa bed! Enjoy a fire in the fireplace as you relax in front of the tv after a fun day. The master bedroom has a king bed and plenty of space if you need to set up an air mattress in there. (An air mattress is provided for your convenience in the master bedroom closet). There is an attached bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a shower. The other two bedrooms contain queen beds. The condo can actually sleep 10 if you include the air mattress. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your laundry needs. The Mountain View complex is an award winning complex and features an indoor and outdoor pool complete with a hot tub. There is a playground for the young kids, a walking trail, basketball goals, horseshoes and more. The complex is located just off the main parkway in the heart of Pigeon Forge very close to the Titanic. A code will be given to you prior to your arrival that you can use to come and go as you please! We are available to answer any questions that you might have.

Our stay was fantastic. Great location for what we were doing. Accommodations were just what we needed and exceeded our expectations. The others ladies were very pleased as well. View was wonderful in the morning. Sunrise was beautiful. We are very blessed to had this week to enjoy.

The property was immaculately, clean communication with the owners was wonderful. The condo was very beautiful and very comfortable. It was very close to everything within Pigeon Forge, but back off from the main strip enough that it was very quiet at night. If we return to the area, we will definitely try and book here again.

Another wonderful stay!

We LOVE the condo and the proximity to all kinds of fun activities. We had some issue with some construction being done on a condo above us that created a bit of noise during the evenings, but the oowners more than made up for it. We will definitely be back!!!

This is the second time we've stayed in this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were comfortable. The location is perfect for visitors spending a majority of their time in Pigeon Forge. The owners were very quick to respond to my texts.

Family Vacation

This property met our needs. We do most of our eating at the condo and the kitchen was stocked well. The owners responded quickly to the only question we had. Located close to everything and we felt safe. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Nice Condo

Stayed at this condo 2 yrs in a row. Any issues we had were directly with the owners. Great communication and was great to talk to. We had a great time. Also could watch the fireworks at dollywood every night from our balcony.

Smoky Mountains!!

Property was very nice. Host was very nice and gracious! Conveniently located for shows and activities. Property was very pretty and well taken care. Kitchen was stocked with anything needed if you want to cook. Had 2 twelve year old boys with us and they had a great time! We would recommend this property!!

Fall Break Condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Both kids had their own room. We’ve been staying about 15 minutes outside of Gatlinburg and decided to try something closer to the places we visit. Great location and cut down on so much drive time! We’ll definitely stay here again!

Christmas in Mountain View

We booked our first ever Christmas vacation at the beautiful Mountain View Condos! Gorgeous views, clean and spacious living areas! My grandkids loved the indoor pool! The condo was decorated perfectly for the holidays! The attractions and restaurants are close at hand. We enjoyed the sights and sounds of Pigeon Forge during the day and then a relaxing night in front of the fireplace with our family! We had a perfectly wonderful time!!!

Great 3 room condo

My husband and I came with our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. It was the perfect set-up for all of us. The condo is fairly centrally located in Pigeon Forge, you just need to do a little planning coming and going according the the time of day and the traffic. The host was really good at communication even when I sent him a message fairly late at night asking about coffee filters. Our granddaughter enjoyed playing UNO and reading one of the books. We loved that there we TWO recliners to relax in in the evening.

The condo felt spacious. Check-in process is very easy to navigate. The condo itself was nice. The property could use some maintenance. The pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. Location was great if you want to be just close to everything.

Johnson family vacation

The place was very nice and clean. Exactly what was pictured. Nicely decorated,plenty of room. The only issues we had were that there was very little toilet paper,and Kleenex. Also,the front door was difficult to open. The location was great. It is close to everything. The furniture was old and hard to operate,the recliners. It was not comfortable. Overall, I would stay again.

We will not stay at the condo again.

The location was great it was easy access to the city. But we will not be staying at this condo again. When we first walked into the condo it smell like mold. So we bought some sprayer to try to kill the smell. But the we realize there is a lot of mold in the condo. It was in both bathrooms,both showers. There was mold in the living room. That can be dangerous to in hale. We booked it for 5 days and it was pleasant smelling it. The master bed was horrible we didn’t get much sleep. Your back completely sinks in because the mattress is so worn out. They definitely need to invest in getting at new mattress that one is pretty old. Also the condo was not really clean.

Cute condo, needs some work

The condo was very roomy. The beds weren’t queens as described. The two queens appeared to be full size beds. This unit appears to have some moisture issues that have affected the front door, balcony door, and the door in the master suite. We had to use towels against the door in the master suite to keep it from puddling by the bed. The beds were like trampolines and sounded like it when moving. The location is great butterflies and the trash bins were closed and trash had to be taken to a dumpster outside on the parking lot.

Disappointed in quality of upkeep

We loved the location of the condo and layout of the room. But we quickly learned that the unit has not been maintained well. We sent a list of concerns to the property owner that I hope will be addressed for those staying here after us. Here are some of the things that affected our stay. 1. Dinner table needs to be replaced because it wobbled badly and was very sticky. 2. German roach in the kitchen on multiple occasions. 3. Kitchen supplies were very poor. Only 1 wine glass for example. Every Vrbo we have stayed in before had basic pantry items available as well, which this did not have. 4. Beds weren’t in great shape. 5. Mold and mildew in showers that has been prevalent for some time. 6. Stained and dirty linens. 7. Jerry rigged curtain rods that scared my daughter when they fell. 8. Entry door to unit would not shut without the deadbolt being applied because the handle latch was stuck. 9. Rooms have humidifiers so I assume there is something wrong with the AC. 10. Kitchen faucet was wobbly and didn’t have a pull out.
