This cabin boasts 7 HDTVs. Each bedroom has a 33” TV, the living room has a 55” TV and the lower level has a 75” TV. These TVs are equipped with Roku and with various streaming apps that will provide you with access to all your favorite movies, TV shows, and other content. Please use your personal streaming account during your stay and remember to log off before checking out.
The lower level of the cabin is equipped with an arcade, a pool table, several wall mounted games (tic-tac-toe, connect 4, and chess).
PETS
We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs to join your stay! There is a $75 fee per dog. If you're bringing more than one, please let us know in advance. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you bring waste bags and clean up after your dogs, helping us keep the property in great shape for all guests.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Step outside and breathe in the fresh mountain air on our expansive, 2-level deck, designed for relaxation and socializing. Equipped with ample seating, including a row of charming rocking chairs, this space is perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening glass of wine as you take in the breathtaking views of the mountains behind. The upper level provides a shaded area for lounging and soaking up the scenery, while the lower level offers exclusive access to your private hot tub. Whether you're watching the sunrise over the mountains or stargazing at night, this outdoor oasis is the perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature.
PARKING
The cabin offers ample parking options for guests. The driveway in front of the cabin can accommodate 2-3 vehicles and is shared with the adjacent cabin. Additional parking is available beside the cabin, fitting 2-3 more vehicles. There's also a large parking area behind the cabin that can hold several cars or even a trailer.
SECURITY FEATURES
The home has a smart locking system, and a camera has been installed on the outside of the premises.
DAMAGE WAIVER
While you're on vacation, rest easy knowing that you are protected under Safely if any accidents or damage occur. We will take care of the cost of this coverage, which is additional to any protection provided by the platform. If any damage happens, please let me know and I will make a claim with Safely. You can trust me to take care of everything for you, provided that you clean up after your dog.
The damage waiver fee, which is included in the total cost of your reservation for this property, covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances. To qualify for coverage, you must report any incidents to us before checking out.
Please note that this waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items beyond Safely's scope of responsibility.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy that puts your mind at ease. If you decide to cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 97% refund of the total booking amount. The remaining 3% will be retained as a non-refundable transaction fee to cover the costs associated with processing your booking. However, if you cancel your booking within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date, we regret that we will not be able to offer any refund. Nevertheless, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests that you may have, subject to availability and applicable fees.
CLEANING FEE
We believe in transparency and want to clarify the purpose of our cleaning fee. It's not just an added cost—it ensures that our dedicated cleaning team is fairly compensated with living wages, allowing them to thrive and continue providing top-notch service. This directly contributes to the cleanliness and quality of your stay.
The cleaning fee also covers a unique damage protection policy, offering added peace of mind during your visit. Rest assured, this fee is not for profit, but rather supports our cleaners and helps maintain a seamless experience for you.
