Cozy Pigeon Meadow house on the Little Pigeon River, located minutes away from the five-mile strip. What better way than to wake up in the morning, sipping a glass of coffee on the back deck overlooking the river, going out back to play beanbag toss. Can't beat that!!! To get to Gatlinburg, we are just 11 miles away, 2 miles to The Island in Pigeon Forge, and 5 miles to Dollywood. We are close enough to all the fun attractions for you and your family to enjoy!

Cozy Pigeon Meadow house is a 3 bedroom w/ xtra bonus room/bedroom, 3 bath home set on the Pigeon Forge River with a secluded walking path along the river and throughout the meadow with large canopies of trees. There is a covered picnic area a stone's throw away from the house. Fishing, bicycling and kayaking is just a few steps away (bring your poles, gear and kayaks). We are an easy 2 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge, without the mountain type roads for your easy access. This beautiful home features all the amenities you need and a fully equipped kitchen (just bring groceries). Coffee is provided for you! Our home provides a "great room" environment and features that includes: 4 flatscreen TV's (living room and room closest to river has cable tv. The other two rooms has Netflix capabilities). We provide cable TV and free 75MB wi-fi. Beddings & towels are provided. Cozy Pigeon Meadow house will sleep 9. Kids Friendly cabin. There is covered parking for 4 vehicles underneath and 2 in driveway. Unfortunately, basketball hoop was swept away from a flood and now permanently banned from HOA due to liabilities.

The river beside the house provides great water play, slow current to relax in or float down river to many attractions. There is biking, hiking, grillin' out the front door. Minutes away from days of fun attractions and dining experiences in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and Gatlinburg.

The house was fantastic. The location was so beautiful. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck and watching the ducks and great blue heron on the river. The house was clean and comfortable. We all agreed that we would love to stay again on future visits!

This place is amazing. Us and two other couples stay every year for Jeep Invasion and it is alway clean and very well taken care of. It’s conveniently located and has a parking area underneath the house. I highly recommend this place. We book the next year before we leave every year.

Wow! Pictures don’t do it justice!! Plenty of room!! Great neighborhood not in the middle of the hustle and bustle while close enough to everything. Everything was clean and tidy with decor being minimalist. Communication with host/owner was great! Everything was labeled so need to use was easy!!

Christmas stay with family.

Our stay was wonderful and the house was perfect for our family. Everyone had sufficient room and the beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect because it was close to everything we did in Pigeon Forge. We definitely would recommend this house for a family stay.

Great stay

We had a great visit to Pigeon Forge with our family. We were in town for a wedding and our stay couldn’t have been better. The home was spotlessly clean and perfect for us. The location was great, just out of town but easy to get to the parkway and everything in Pigeon Forge. The river view and walking path were a nice plus. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Perfect location

Stayed for 4 days for a Sister's getaway. The house was perfect. The location was close to everything but yet very peaceful. Enjoyed the river view and watching the geese. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Nice Place To Stay

This was our third time staying here. It was clean and well kept as always. It’s convenient to the Pigeon Forge strip and Wears Valley Rd. The house is in a quiet cul de sac and on the creek. I highly recommend staying here.

Pigeon Forge Getaway

We arrived to find everything just as advertised. Check in and check out was effortless. The house was clean and well maintained. The owners are kind and quick to respond. We loved to sit out on the back porch and watch the river roll by. It is centrally located and has quick access to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. It was just the right size for our family of 5. The king bed in the upstairs master was perfect for my husband and I and with three more beds everyone else got a bed of their own. We would definitely stay again.

Friend getaway

Perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. Close to everything, yet a lovely quiet spot to relax at night and listen to the river and wildlife. Loved it!

Great Place to Stay

This place is convenient yet out of the hussle and bussle of Pigeon Forge. This was out second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. It was very clean and homey. It could use a few more cooking untinsils and extra toilet paper in the bathrooms. Other than that we had zero complaints. We highly recommend this property.

Quick Overnight

Me and two friends stayed at this property overnight after spending the day a Dollywood. It was a great location near the main stretch. The neighborhood was quiet. We had some rain in the evening so we ordered food to be delivered and enjoyed the back porch. It was a great landing spot. Everything was clean and comfy. Would stay here again for a longer time if I were in the area.

Great location and lots of room in this house.

The house has a great location and very roomy and clean. Would definitely stay there again. The only drawback I have is that we were there the first week in December and there were no Christmas decorations in the house. We visit Pigeon Forge the same week every year for the Gatlinburg Christmas parade and we've never stayed in a house that wasn't decorated. If there has been at least a Christmas tree it would have made it so much more festive and cozy. Just a suggestion for

Felt like Home

No surprises. Everything as described! It was super nice! For us, we basically spent day at Dollywood til closing and just stayed the one night there. Would love to go back with no outside plans just to enjoy it. Would reccomend it highly. We live on the Coosawattee River in North Georgia, so it was very peaceful - like being home!
