When hunger strikes, the nearby fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. Whether you're gearing up for a day of adventure or unwinding in the evening, our kitchen and dining offers the perfect setting.

BEDROOMS
When it’s time to rest, retreat to one of the four cozy bedrooms in your cabin. On the main level, unwind in a spacious king-sized bedroom complete with a connecting full bathroom and cable TV. Nearby, the second bedroom offers a fun twist with a queen-sized bunk bed, its own bathroom, and cable TV—perfect for families or friends.

Head upstairs to discover two more inviting bedrooms. Each features a luxurious king-sized bed, cable TV, and a private full bathroom, ensuring everyone enjoys their own space and comfort. Wake up to stunning views of the Parkway and the Smoky Mountains, making every moment a delightful escape.

POOL & HOT TUB
When you crave the perfect blend of fun and relaxation, head to the private indoor pool on the lower level. Make a splash or simply float your cares away before bedtime. For the ultimate unwinding experience, nothing beats a dip in the hot tub on the balcony, complete with breathtaking views. As you plan your next exciting adventure, slide into the warm water and feel your stress melt away, leaving you refreshed and ready for more.

THEATER ROOM AND GAME ROOM
For a delightful movie night, gather in the theater room where a row of theater-style seats and a cozy sofa sleeper await. Watch your favorite films in true cinematic comfort with your loved ones. If you're in the mood for more excitement, the game room in the upstairs loft is your perfect destination. Challenge friends to a game of pool, enjoy cable TV, or indulge in some retro fun with the multi-cade arcade game. Whether you’re winding down or revving up, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

ENTERTAINMENT
As a special perk, we're thrilled to offer you an exclusive bundle that includes Hulu + Live TV, Disney+, and ESPN+. Access a wide range of live TV channels, an incredible library of Disney content, and captivating sports coverage all from the comfort of your home away from home. Simply tune in to the designated channels on the TV and enjoy a world of entertainment during your stay. Relax, unwind, and make the most of your experience with our exceptional Hulu bundle.

PETS
The cabin is great for dogs! We allow up to 2 dogs, with a pet fee of $75 per dog.

PARKING
Never worry about parking! There is room for 3 cars to easily fit on the left of the cabin. Just please be sure not to park in neighbors' parking spots.

SECURITY FEATURES
There are multiple security features to prevent children from swimming in the pool when you don't want them to. There are a couple of locks as well as very loud audible alarms you can easily set. We also have an exterior camera on-site for security purposes.

DAMAGE WAIVER
While you're on vacation, rest easy knowing that you are protected under Safely if any accidents or damage occur. We will take care of the cost of this coverage, which is additional to any protection provided by the platform. If any damage happens, please let me know and I will make a claim with Safely. You can trust me to take care of everything for you, provided that you clean up after your dog.

The damage waiver fee, which is included in the total cost of your reservation for this property, covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances. To qualify for coverage, you must report any incidents to us before checking out.

Please note that this waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items beyond Safely's scope of responsibility.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy that puts your mind at ease. If you decide to cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 97% refund of the total booking amount. The remaining 3% will be retained as a non-refundable transaction fee to cover the costs associated with processing your booking. However, if you cancel your booking within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date, we regret that we will not be able to offer any refund. Nevertheless, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests that you may have, subject to availability and applicable fees.

CLEANING FEE
We understand you may have questions about our cleaning fee, so let us shed some light on its purpose. It's not just a number; it reflects our commitment to immaculate cleanliness and fair treatment of our cleaning team.

The cleaning fee primarily supports our cleaners with living wages, empowering them to thrive in today's economy. We believe in respecting their hard work, which directly translates into the quality of your stay.

Beyond cleanliness, we're dedicated to ensuring your experience is seamless. We're on call to address any issues promptly, guaranteeing your peace of mind throughout your stay.

Rest assured, the cleaning fee isn't for profit. It directly supports fair compensation for our cleaners and includes a unique damage coverage policy, providing added protection for both you and our property.
