All OF OUR GUEST HAS THE SAME ADMENTIES AS RIVERSTONE ITSELF. YOU CAN USE THE OUTDOOR LAZY RIVER AND INDOOR SWIMMING POOL. WE HAVE TO PAY A LARGE HOA MONTHLY FEES FOR THESE ADMENTIES.

Stay 7 nights for discount

If you want that cabin/mountain feeling but still staying in a condo, check out my remodeled unit. ( # 344 ) Wall paneling on the walls with difference animals pictures. Just installed brand new marble countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. ( new stainless steel sinks ).

Sleeper sofa plus two new recliners

new stand-up arcade game been added with over 60 games


Each bedroom including the living room has brand new Samsung's Smart tv's.
( you can watch different app's ).

located just minutes from Ripken Park - lots of activities

The lazy river is located outside SO its not open year around, too cold.

The condo was amazing! Very clean and inviting when we arrived. The location is perfect with easy access to anything you may want to do and the entire resort is very well maintained by a very friendly staff. We recommend if you're looking for a first class stay at a fair price.

True Southern Hospitality

The apartment is beautiful, clean and well appointed. It is very welcoming. The rooms are large and furniture very comfortable. We were able to watch the fireworks from Dollywood on the terrace. It is only a short drive to Dollywood which is an added plus since we had our grandson with us. The host was very responsive upon our arrival. I definitely would recommend staying here and hopefully will do so again.

Nice & spacious

Great Condo with enough space for 4 Adults and 1 teenager. Definitely look forward to visiting again. Only thing that could have been better would have been if we could have brought our big fur baby with us. Overall stay was was fantastic!

We loved the condo as soon as we walked through and our initial impressions were right. Well laid out property and well equipped. The amenities at the complex were also great. Location is perfect and centrally located. Traffic light at Parkway made dealing with traffic much easier. Owners responded quickly after booking. Would definitely stay again and strongly recommend. Favorite resort

We love Riverstone, but we did not “love” this condo. We have stayed at Riverstone multiple times. The good - comfy beds, upgraded deck furniture. The okay - 2nd toilet didn’t work upon arrival, owner arranged for a plumber immediately who was unable to repair. The next morning another plumber arrived and did fix the toilet. The bad - absolutely no starter paper products of any type. After a long trip, some toilet paper would have been welcomed.

Our stay

The water was so chlorinated a softening system would be best. It would be great to have extra blankets, sheets in case someone wanted to stay on couch bed, loved the scenery, garage parking, the gaming system worked but you couldn’t play the game, water heater couldn’t support 4 people taking quick showers. There was large hole in the ceiling due to flood by neighbor that hadn’t been repaired at the time of renting unit. Although it didn’t hurt anything, we were afraid of critters coming in. Excellent experience contacting owner for a lock issue which was my fault. I would recommend the unit to others. Thank you for a great place.

Long Weekend

The condo is nice, plenty of space and close to everything. If you have issues with the pool pass go to the main office. The property manager has room for improvement, I asked before making the reservation what floor the condo was on, I was told 3rd. Upon arrival, we figured out that it was on the 4 th floor. We really prefer a lower floor for multiple reasons. Rather than apologizing, the property manager went on a rant and was very rude.

This 2 bedroom condo had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing stay. We loved the view from the balcony onto the golf course while sipping coffee in the morning and enjoying the fireworks coming from Dollywood in the evenings. We enjoyed the lazy river and indoor pool as well as the free coffee provided at the clubhouse. I added a photo to give you an idea of where this condo is located on the property, for future guests.

Family vacation

We have stayed at Riverstone Resort for 20 years with our kids and now grandkids. We love the location and property is always well maintained. The last few years we have not been able to enjoy the lazy River because of rowdy, unsupervised children.

We totally enjoyed our 5 nights in Pigeon Forge . We were there for the National Quartet Convention and the condo was very clean and just remodeled. we had to leave a day early because of Hurricane Helene but all was well. Will Stay again !

Overall this property was very centrally located. close distance to Gatlinburg, right around the corner from downtown pigeon forge - there was so much to do. The Condo amenities were great. The lazy river was the best part! We got to see fireworks from Dollywood on the weekend from our balcony. Truly incredible. The views over looking the golf course were beautiful. Overall would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our group of 4 and small children. However, certain aspects of the condo could have been a little cleaner.. Mainly the floor. You were not able to talk barefoot without your feet turning black. The air conditioner wasn't working right and the air never went below 74 despite being set at 69. The condo owner did send someone out right away to look at it - but nothing improved after that. The kitchen was also pretty well equipped with everything we needed. Overall - great stay!

Family getaway

Overall the place was nice. Located near everything but was quiet location. The lazy river was nice but a little smaller than anticipated as was the pool. The grounds were really nice and walkable. I did visit the spa for a pedicure and the staff were super friendly and the services provided were good. The condo itself was nice. Very spacious and well set up. We enjoyed both the front and back patios. The view of the golf course was super serene and we got to enjoy fireworks from Dollywood nightly! There were dishes, cookware and utensils which were nice to have some meals at home. The place was not as clean as would have expected with the cleaning fees paid. There were not any beach/pool towels so you may want to bring your own as we did.

Great stay!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect condo for our family of 5, including 3 young kids. Condo was clean and comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river!
