Very Nice Condo, Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed, also A Full Bed, Sofa Sleeper in Living Room. TV's in both bedrooms. Two full baths with a whirlpool tub and shower in Master Bath, tub-shower combination in 2nd bathroom. Fully stocked Kitchen, with ice-maker and microwave. Washer and Dryer,Private big back patio with 4 Rocking Chairs. Walking distance to many area attractions and Restaurants. Pigeon Forge Trolley available to carry you to Gatlinburg or other Attractions . Condo is located on Ground Floor, no elevators to deal with. 2 swimming pools and a hot tub, also playground.

Christmas holiday stay

Very well decorated for Christmas. Plenty of room for our family. Appreciated the initial supply of detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. Would stay here again.

Family Vacation

We rented the condo for our family vacation this year. It is located near so many things to do in Pigeon Forge! The condo was wonderful! It was clean, as pictured and described on Vrbo, and the communication from the host was great!

Great Location for All Attractions

We really enjoyed the convience of the location. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The bedroom with two beds does not have a fan but for us that was not an issue. Owner checked in on us and was very responsive to any questions we had. If you want to be able to get to any attraction within 20 mknutes this place could not be better located.

Amazing from start to finish!

We had a wonderful stay at Rusticwoods Getaway. Location is great and very close to attractions in the area. The condo was clean and was a great size. My kids were able to have their own bed and bathroom. Host was kept lines of communication open and was there if needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Relaxing spot

After being out in the heat and traffic from "Jeep Invasion '24" , it was so relaxing to come back and hang out in condo with pool and outside sitting area. Grand kids loved the pool and concrete area to ride scooters, beds were very comfortable. Will book again. concrete area for riding their scooters.

Wonderful Christmas Vacay

We absolutely love the condo. The owners had it beautifully decorated for Christmas. Great location, easy access into the condo. Easy communication with the owner. Only thing we didnt like was the building where the pool is isnt heated....pool itself is, but you freeze getting in and out of pool. Will definitely rent again!

Perfect Vacation

We recently took a family road trip down to Pigeon Forge and stayed at this condo. It was the perfect condo for us! My daughters loved having their own beds/room and the condo was so close to the pool that we could quickly walk back and forth. The location was also great, close to everything but tucked away and quiet so it felt like an escape. Host was also great and easy to contact if needed! I have already recommended this condo to family and friends!

Fabulous Condo, PERFECT Location!

This condo is just off the Parkway, but winds up the hill in a way that makes it seem quite secluded. Short walk to the playground, pools, and walking trails, and super convenient ground floor location! The back doors open to a lovely porch with a nice stretch of lawn and then trees; great spot for a quiet cup of coffee. This condo was spotless, had oodles of extras, and was VERY comfortable for the four of us. Made for a GREAT vacation!

Perfect location

Everything was clean and comfortable. The mattress was soft and comfortable. It was decorated just perfectly for the holidays. We had all the little things you need for a great trip. We couldn’t figure out how to light the fireplace and I didn’t see that in any of the instructions but it certainly was not a dealbreaker. I would stay here again ! It was so close to everything. Host very friendly and was just a text away had we needed anything.

Family Getaway

We enjoyed staying at Rusticwoods Getaway! It was perfect for our family stay in Pigeon Forge. It was super close to all of the main attractions but back off of the main road enough that it was quiet. I loved that it was on the bottom floor so that we didn’t have to take all of our luggage up multiple floors. Everything was nice and clean in the condo. Debra, the owner, communicated with me frequently to make sure things were up to my standard and she was so kind. When we go back to Pigeon Forge we will be staying here again!

Great place to decompress after long day of fun

The unit was clean and spacious for two adults , three teenagers, and an eight year old. Just as advertised. Location was perfect for our needs . Kids enjoyed the pool. Close to alot of the attractions that we wanted . The only down fall I can think of was the grass outside our patio area in the back was unmowed at the time of our visit. All in all a great place to stay with children. We would stay again !!
