- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

- Please note that the hot tub and pool take around 6 hours to heat up. So, depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub or pool may not be hot upon arrival.

- The streaming services available on the property`s Smart TVs require the guests` own personal login. Please remember to log out upon checkout!

- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

Not having the pool was a major disappointment and costly to us because we spent more expecting to have the use of it. Inside the pool room it reached temperatures close to 100 degrees and with that and the very strong chemical smells it’s beyond use. We called twice but nothing helped. We lost internet Wednesday night and we notified the site but nobody came out just text messages asking us to do stuff. We left a day early as I needed that for work purposes. There were no dressers for clothes except one room and no towel racks? The place was clean, close to everything but for that price…
