We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was too small to hang out in for a long period of time. We were gone most of the day so it worked for us. We will definitely stay again.
It was relatively quite and conviently locared to most of Pigeon Forge's main attractions.
It was smaller inside than I thought it was going to be. I think I saw the pictures of one of the 3 bigger cabins instead of the smaller ones.
The hot water did run out before all of us got showers each night. We either took cold showers or split up taking showers at night and the next morning .
Be very careful with kids or adults , climbing up onto the top bunk, the ceiling fan when turned on is very close to their heads on the way up.
It was wonderful have stayed there twice and loved it both times 👍

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
Disliked: Cleanliness
Decent cabin for cost, great staff, smelly bed
The staff, hands down, are the most polite people I have ever encountered for hotel/cabins. The cabins are cute and the property is beautiful. My only issue is it didn't feel like the sheets were clean but I am not 100 % sure. My daughter's bunk smelled bad. However, the cabin was quaint, it kept heat well (we stayed in winter and it was cold nights) and honestly other than the sheets/smell it was a good experience.
Was alright. Forgot to leave us a key the first night had to rent a hotel. But discounted the second night for the misunderstanding. Was clean and the workers were friendly
Great location and good price. The cabins were clean and really well equipped. We checked in late and there was no issue and keys were left out for us. Very friendly staff.
It was very clean. Hot water showers. It was quiet and the scenery around the cabin was beautiful. We only slept and showered there so it suited our needs. We were one mile from all the attractions. The staff was friendly. We'll be staying again.
Enjoyed stay everything we needed was their .Clean cabin. If you have back or hip problems the beds are like camping very uncomfortable.Every thing else was great would stay again probably bring some foam for bed .
There was one cleanliness issue that had to be addressed upon our arrival, but the staff addressed this immediately upon being made aware of the problem. My son and I were in Pigeon Forge for baseball at the Ripken Experience. It is very convenient to these fields. Price was great as well. Ideal, if you are only going to Pigeon Forge and need a place to sleep on a tight budget.
Mattresses had deep groves from use. You felt like you fell down a hill. It would have been nice to have a toaster especially since we were charged $5.00/day for some "Resort Fee" when it is not a resort. I liked the dog park. Staff was very friendly & accommodating.
We had four nights at our cabin, and it was in a lovely apot, private but close to everything. Clean, new interiors and well-insulated. Very friendly check in but we really didn't see any other service for the rest of the time that we were there. We had to go in search of fresh towels. We had one of the two heater units that did not work, but it was not so cold that it created problems for us. The grounds were well kept, there was a cute little dog park, and we felt very private. Firewood was provided for us which was a nice amenity. There was a stove top but no oven, a nice little refrigerator, microwave, and tiny little coffee pot. The mattresses were not the most comfortable, and really my only complaint was that they definitely should invest in an upgrade. We would definitely consider staying here again, and it was a good bargain.
Nice Location, Would Stay Again, Recomended, But..
Everything was really good in our Cabin but the Hot Water when taking a shower lasts about 7 minutes and the takes about 4+ hours to warm up to just over room temperature. Went to office the next day and they had a Maintenance man come out nearly immediately. Still the hot water doesn't last long enough for 2 adult showers. The facilities were very nice and they keep it clean. Then came the SHOCK - they too 50% of the money before we arrived when we selected to pay on arrival at Hotels.com, when we went to the office the next morning they had charged us MORE for our stay even after they had taken 50% of the money before we arrived and claimed it was an added fee from Hotels.com after we had already got the full priced amount from Hotels.com. This was not appreciated at all !!
Me and my friend wanted a last second trip and decided to come here. I was able to book the weekend late Friday before they closed and they allowed late check-in; it was very easy and they were very helpful when I called to ensure I could do a late check-in. We arrived around 1 a.m. and had no problems finding the cabin. It was very clean and quaint. The bedding was fair. I think an extra blanket would of been nice in winter. I brought my own pillows and I suspect a lot of travelers do that also, but the pillows here were acceptable. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen area works well with the limited space. If you can, cook and eat outside ;) The location is great and it is easy to get around from here. Our main attraction was the mountains and rivers. We ate breakfast at Paula Deans on the Island and it was a fantastic meal. I hope you enjoy your stay here if you come for a visit. We hope to stay here again over the summer and know we will need to reserve a cabin many months in advance.
