"Inside was very clean and comfortable. Outside yard needs some loving, but to be fair, we were there early in the season so perhaps the host hasn’t been able to get everything cleaned up yet. But still the yard is nice and peaceful.still enjoyed it. Great location!"

"The house was beautiful and location was really nice right at the lake. The hot tub was really nice, and the host was very responsive and helpful when we had a couple minor issues. The only downside was there were a zillion midge flies that made it unpleasant to go outdoors (late May). The host DID warn us when we booked so it was not unexpected. There were swarms of the flies outside but they would get inside every time a door opened so there were dead flies all over the floor each morning. Luckily the flies don't bite, they are just a nuisance. Still worth going, but bring a head mosquito net."

"House was great. Beds were great and well outfitted, cozy and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels and shower essentials. Lots of dishes, could have been more dish towels. Outside area was also good, but could have been cleaner and more prepared for us. There is no firewood, remember to bring your own. We couldn’t use the lake because of sludge possibly from a recent drought, but it was a nice view."

"This property is dated but wonderful. We really enjoyed the location and the view of the lake despite the mayflies. I would recommend this property for girls weekend for sure."
