"Everything is very clean and described accurately online. We received what we were expecting. Very central location to everything in the town. Just a reminder that if you were coming with lots of luggage that there is no elevator to get to upper floors. This was clearly stated, however, in the online description of the rental property."

"Although more of a motel than hotel, the room was super quiet despite being between a motorway, railway line and busy roads. Their onsite restaurant was superb and breakfast was only a few Francs more. Oh, the pillows were the softest I’ve ever felt. Very comfortable bed."

"Went solo as I was travelling by myself but really want to go again with the family. Location is perfect between mountains, very nice breakfast, the area was open and big to walk around and overall it was a perfect stay despite me arriving late."

"We had another fantastic stay at Peaks Place in Laax. Having stayed here before, we knew what to expect, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The apartments are spacious, immaculate and very well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being a large property, the rooms are incredibly quiet – it genuinely feels like you’re the only guests there, making it a wonderfully relaxing place to unwind. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted by a beautiful fragrance throughout the hotel, which immediately creates a welcoming, luxurious feel. The entire property is spotlessly clean, and the staff are always friendly, professional and happy to help with anything you need. The views of the surrounding mountains are absolutely stunning and make every morning special. The facilities are excellent, and the peaceful atmosphere keeps us coming back. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peaks Place and look forward to staying again in the future."

"Lovely stay, clean room, enjoyed access to spa morning and evening. Room is minimal but nicely designed, some of the lighting buttons were confusing and one button was slightly faulty. Room would be improved with some coat hooks within the lobby area (stayed in Ando room with spacious lobby), or a sideboard or shelf, somewhere to put things as you come in. There wasn't a cushion to sit on by the balcony as in pictures. A kettle would also be useful."
