"All of the staff we encountered at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. Particularly the concierge team. Our room was noisy, we must have been near a large fan or utilities room. When we checked out I mentioned this and the staff member said he would ensure this was investigated. Beds are super comfortable! We will definitely stay again."
