Very nice hotel looks very fancy , it is fairly new hotel, the furniture looks like from RH I loved my stay the staff were amazing very friendly and the area around the hotel is really nice very close to a lot of landmarks

I enjoyed my 3 night weekend stay very much and am happy I took a friend’s recommendation to stay at Clarion during my time in Helsinki.
I appreciated the later breakfast times finishing at 11:00AM and the facilities (scenic rooftop sauna and pool) on offer.
However, during my last morning before checking out I went up to the spa area at 11:00AM to use the facilities but was told after only just entering the pool by staff that the area was closing for maintenance until 15:00. I appreciate this is a necessary requirement, but I would suggest changing the maintenance times a bit later to allow guests to have the full morning to use the facilities.

"Shower in room had bad design- water everywhere and oblivious hotel knew about. Reception luggage storage was just a room - on your own responsibility. Fair value for € but what keeps them fixing obvious issue? Also - access to Yrjönkatu rooms was complicated including 2 elevators. Not great with ..."
