Semi-detached house in a community residential area (community garden, pool open all year round, very quiet area), very close to Mil Palmeras beach (blue flag for years, with all the necessary services, disabled people, beach bars, lifeguards, restaurants, etc.). It is ideal for families and people looking for comfort and tranquility. A large porch and several extras (three-burner gas barbecue, three mountain bikes available for guests, etc.). Pets are allowed but always with prior consent and requesting a deposit for possible damages that may be caused. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay. Likewise, you can contract internet/wifi in advance, billing separately according to the rates of the local telephone operator (minimum for three days).
