"Very special place 30 or so minutes outside of Kandy, near Wattegama. A few individual cabin-esque rooms (with en-suite) around a cute courtyard of natural spring pool, pond, hammocks etc. Very attentative hosts who really demonstrate Sri Lankan hospitality at its best. The walk around the spice garden and local village was so interesting. Such a unique bonus to make this more of an experience than just a bed for the night. "We had a wonderful stay as a family with little kid. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was available every day. Front desk staff was very helpful and attentive. Front desk made an effort to pack us small breakfast for the road as we checked out every early in the morning. It is a beautiful property in the center of the city and in front of the Tooth relic temple."
