I did not like the fact that you are basically paying for overnight since the check in is at 3-5 pm and the checkout is at 10. If you travel with kids that's the worse as many flights arrive in the morning. So even if I called and offered to pay additional fee to be allowed in the apt the front desk person dismissed me right away. So yes ...I had a less than desirable stay.
