First class Hotel nice and clean staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing and excellent menu will definitely be back again location is extremely good.

Was greeted very warmly. The property is BEAUTIFUL - but you know that. Excellent location, superb room.

The front desk staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. We were given a room upgrade and free glass of wine upon arrival. Extremely satisfied with the quality of this hotel and it's staff.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Budapest and within easy distance of various attractions. Overall the condition of the hotel was great however there were a couple of minor issues within my room, hence the slightly lower rating in this area, namely a loose light switch upon entering the room and the shower head has a slight crack/hole in the casing. Staff were very attentive and made checking in and out a breeze.

Beautifully renovated hotel however there are issues with how well it’s run. Our room was not cleaned one day, no water in the room, no fridge and no hair dryer.
