Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was spectacular and location was very convenient - within walking distance to all attractions but just far enough so it's not in the noisy/busy area. Did not have a chance to use the gym. Would return.

Lightning outside can be improved. Staff can be a little bit more welcoming. It’s a beautiful hotel in a dark street. The city can be more helpful if they put better street lights.
The bathroom is impressive due to heated floors. The room is spacious. If you request they will give you slippers to wear on the room.

The room was nice, we had a balcony looking out to the city which was a nice bonus but did not get much use in winter. The hotel is well connected via metro to the city but is also walkable.

This is my fourth visit to Budapest. The hotel is in a great location. The staff, namely Sophie and Gabor were professional, attentive, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Reception arranged both our transfers. Even though we had an hours delay and then spent 75 mins queuing for passport ...
