"The house was very nice, clean and tidy. I will stay again"

"Room was very well presented and had everything my elderly mother needed during her stay. It was easy to access from the car park. Only issue is the air conditioning unit didn't always work very well. If we had the fan up high it would make a vibrating sound. Perhaps a service may be required? Other than that. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially, the cleaners who went above and beyond to ensure my mother had everything she needed when they came to service the room. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you."

"Host was very quick to respond and offer suggestions of close by areas. Very personable. I did not realize this was a room in someone’s house, but it was very accommodating and comfortable."

"Staff were very friendly and welcoming, easy check in/check out process. Rooms were large and very clean, contained everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Handy for shopping and the train line. Plenty of parking. "

"Just notice pillow cases didnt look fresh, a couple different hand strands on some.Taking bins out wasnt really necessary due to limited use of them so I felt bad for the environment plus doing that tasks felt like it shouldn't be a part of a process in the stay as thats a cleaners job. Loved the stay and would be happy to return :)"
