"The views and the room were a 10 out of 10. The owner and manager were friendly and tried to make our visit enjoyable. However, there were numerous issues with the resort. Firstly, you need a 4 wheel drive to reach the resort. We had to park our car at the bottom of the hill at the side of the road. The owner had to come get us and bring us to the resort. "0/10. Didn’t receive any check-in info from the host, the address listed is incorrect and the phone seems to not be in service. I was ultimately unable to find and stay at the property. There is also a no money back policy. Spent over an hour on the phone with expedia and they weren’t able to get a hold of the property owner either or get additional info from them. Expedia and I were able to work something out, appreciate their efforts. Steer clear of this one though."

"Beautiful and clean stay in the mountains with a scenic view. Loved the isolation, the service and the jacuzzi. Breakfast was great and they brought it to our room. I would definitely go back."

"Was surprised to find an additional charge of about $30 on my credit card. Despite Expedia showing a total cost that was lower; excuse: bank charges. Nonsense! Also, bathroom and two of the bedroom lights were burnt out, and the security hasp on the door was broken. Restaurant was undergoing remodelinf, which meant you could forget relaxing along the river during the day. Somewhat disappointing."

The jacuzzi was warm but the thrusters did not function.also if you're going with children make sure to take an i pad because there was no internet."
