8.2/10 Very good! (1,008 reviews)
The hotel was poorly maintained and dirty throughout. The air conditioning did not work despite the heat, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. We were told to open the windows, but there were no mosquito screens. Several mosquitoes came in within minutes, leaving us with bites and spending our time trying to kill them. A very disappointing stay.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,015 reviews)
The hotel is in a very convenient location to explore the city. Staff at the reception desk is great, very helpful and friendly. However the hotel itself is outdated and requires renovation.

Rental bikes available from the hotel for a small fee to allow easy access to other parts of Cervia. Check-in was easy and completed ..."
