"Clean room! Much bigger than expected. Very friendly staff even when the electric went out in the area for a bit. They kept in communication with us as well while we were there visiting. Tho the pool wasn’t “in season” the area around it wasn’t up to par with the rest of the property and the weather was nice so we would have sat outside had it been cleaned up and tables and chairs in place, but overall we would come again."

"My first room was still dirty but the man at the counter was able to get us a different room and an upgraded breakfast and he apologized for the inconvenience. After that stay was great. The next day there was an older lady at the counter and she didn’t have the best attitude. We couldn’t get the upgraded breakfast and the lady at the register couldn’t care less and didn’t look up from her work and just pointed while looking down. Horrible attitude and customer service. Besides her everything was great. "

"When we arrived, we had a room that was supposed to have a sleeper sofa for a liver transplant patient at Vanderbilt Hospital. When we got there, there was no mattress in the sofa. We were offered a rollaway bed that is a twin size. In the early morning hours of 3:00, the person sleeping on the rollaway was getting bitten by bed bugs. When we brought this to their attention, the hotel would not give us a refund other than a little over $20. We did not even get to sleep in the place that we paid for. Through Hotels.com, the hotel said they refused to give us our money back because of policy. This is not over. I do not put up with companies that bully their customers and don't take care of them. I will not accept any motel that has bed bugs and then does not take care of the customers. We had to get up as of 3:00 A.M. in the morning and get all of our stuff together. Do not stay here. You will not be taken care of if there is a problem. This reservation was put through Hotels.com. They didn't do any better for us than what the hotel did. I've always thought of Holiday Inn as a respectable property. We have been using Hotels.com for the last year multiple times to take a friend to Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville for a liver transplant. Not anymore. She is the one that got attacked by the bed bugs. This is the kind of service you can expect if you have a problem through Hotels.com and the Holiday Inn Express in Mount Juliet."

"We stayed at this hotel when we moved from Florida for a couple of days. This is a pet friendly hotel, which was nice. The location is very convenient for shopping and restaurants. The hotel is a bit outdated and you can see the wear and tear on the walls and floors. The bedding does not have any protectors and there were stains on the mattress. The staff at the front counter were very nice, but the people running the breakfast were not able to keep that area clean and there was little food available and the apple juice was just coming out like water. "

"It was a alright place to stay but the shower was horrible the water went all in the floor because the shower curtain did not fit right and when it rained it was leaking water in the bathroom "

"The pictures that is used to advertise is definitely old. The shower has mold on the wall and all under the mat. The heaters are too small and do not keep the room warm. The living room couch is broken and feels like it will fall through when you sit, secondary room bed needs to be thrown away as it has a LARGE dip in the center. TVs look and sound like they were bought off of temu or Alibaba. "
