The building was new and spotless. We were traveling with our small dog and the grounds and surrounding are were perfect for him to stretch his legs. The facility is very accommodating to pets. Beds were very comfortable. This was our first time with StayApt. I will Devi Italy look for them again.

We loved that it has a true full kitchen (stove/oven, full sized fridge & dishwasher). The hotel also supplies basic cooking items like pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups and silverware without having to pay additional for those items. There is another extended stay hotel next door and they give you the option to purchase the basics from them for the kitchen. There is separation between the living space and bedroom also.

Everything was great! We stayed the weekend for the nascar races and they were so helpful when we needed late check ins and it was quick and easy and the rooms were clean and very home like!! Would definitely stay again!

Stayed 3 nights for my business trip, extended my stay for next weekend due to friendly staff, clean room, quiet environment even with the highway is near, and great security system in place. Highly recommended, ask for Angela or Marvin, they're so informative and has a positive vibes.

I loved that there was a full kitchen, but we didn’t stay long enough to use it. I loved the full coffee pot, but their coffee they supply isn’t good. We had to buy some. The bed and couch was not comfortable at all, but the pillows were great and plenty of them. I like a little noise while I’m sleeping so this didn’t bother me, but if you’re a light sleeper, the air conditioner made a noise that sounded like a crotch rocket driving by the complex about every 15 minutes. The staff were very nice and helpful. And parking was free and we never had a problem finding a spot.

The room was really nice, and the staff was kind and helpful. My only complaint is that they charged a pet fee for our dogs despite the fact that they are emotional support animals. This extra fee was not disclosed on the Hotels.com website.
