The hotel and lobby bar staff were wonderful. In particular and especially, Alicia, who went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel welcomed and special from the moment we checked-in to the morning we checked-out. Truly her genuine warmth and commitment to our comfort was outstanding.

The room was clean. We needed a fridge and asked the front desk for it and by the time we got to our room they were delivering it. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Parking was a bit pricey but the location of the hotel was awesome being close enough to Broadway but far enough away that there wasn’t any chaos.
