"I booked the suite for my family of 4. It was a lot of space for my boys to play and a separate bedroom from the living room and kitchen area was nice. The bathroom though could of been a better design. The sink was outside of the bathroom and the bathroom was big enough to have a sink, the tub was narrow where I couldn't put my arms up all the way to wash my hair unless I turned to the side and there was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The carpets could of been vacuumed or shampooed upon each guests arrival because the bottom of my boys feet going barefoot on the carpet were dirty. The hotel kept having an issue with the back door not scanning room keys and customers get locked out and we'd have to walk all the way to the front of the building to get in. Overall the daily continental breakfast was good and the lobby looked very clean and inviting. I would stay here again if they fixed the bathroom design and cleaned the carpets better."

"We had a wonderful three-night stay at this hotel. This was my second time here at the same hotel. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. We enjoyed using the indoor pool with our kids, and they had a great time! The pool was clean, well-maintained, and very nice. The gym was clean and good too although I didn’t use it. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenient free parking, which was a great bonus. Our room had a microwave and a small fridge. The location was perfect for our visit to Hersheypark, which was only about a 9-minute drive away. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for meals. Another nice touch was the complimentary tea/coffee available 24 hours a day, as well as iced water in the lobby. These little extras made our stay even more convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again!"
