Enjoy Wonderful Amenities in a Gated Community in the pines on .74 acre that backs to the national forest. A remarkable blend of Quiet Beauty & Attention to Detail. This is our 2nd home, not a full time VRBO, so it is homey. We recently added a Hot Tub! Great room wall-of-windows captures the amazing mountain & forest views of the Tonto Nat'l Forest & Majestic Mogollon Rim. Offering Brazilian marble countertops, hickory flooring & cabinets thru-out, upgraded Viking Pro/Wolf/SubZero appliances in gourmet kitchen with wine refrigerator, and beautiful native stone fireplaces. Main level Master Retreat with luxurious ensuite bath with heated floor, jetted tub & custom closet. Lower level features inviting family room with TV, Ping Pong table, fireplace, office area. Downstairs there is also a Queen bedroom with private bath, and a large Bunk Room with room for the kids. There is also a Bar & full-size wine refrigerator. Breathtaking, spacious, wrap-around decks on both levels expand the living space for relaxation & entertainment. There are 2 TV's, Expanded Cable, Movie Channels, Prime Video, Netflix, Wi-Fi, Ping Pong, Board Games and more. You can take Hiking Trails right out the back door.
