"Before I reserved the room, it said complimentary breakfast, but there was no breakfast, just free coffee. The receptionist Mo, was great; he gave great restaurant suggestions. The room was okay, the floor carpet was ripped, but that's fine with us, we came to sleep for one night, and it was suitable. The elevator smelled funny. Overall, the stay was okay."

"Definitely needs to be updated in entry. They also need to take note of the ripped/burnt sheers in above room facing the entry. Not a good image. Breakfast was not the greatest. Boiled Sausages, no fruit; barely any alternatives. It reflected the attitude of the person responsible for the breakfast. No interaction made with anyone and she was non approachable. Only time she smiled and said anything was to a coworker. Suggest they re-evaluate her performance and quality she brings out. Not a great reflection on the Microtel."

"Air conditioning was broken and they said they fixed and it wasn’t. Thankfully the second night was cooler outside. The hot tub was out of service and really cloudy water. Our room was clean but the bed was supposed to be a king size but it definitely did not look or feel like it. We stayed there 2 of the last 3 weekends for our kids sports tournaments. I think we gave it an honest chance, however, I don’t think I would stay here again."
