Arriving to the property, the grounds were very nice. It is a gated community. The check in process was easy and GiGi at the front desk was very personable and informative. She also reminded me about some perks that I received through expedia 🙂. The condo was nice and accommodating for my family. It was clean and up to date. Everything worked properly. It was close to universal studios. Maybe 10mins or less. The pool area was nice and my children enjoyed the kiddie slides and water bucket. Overall I'd stay at this property again.
