"The rooms were clean beds comfortable abd everything was wroking well. Would definitely stay here again."

"An amazing hotel ruined by poor management. You will be expected to wait after check in for a room you’ve already pre booked for hours. Don’t expect to make your reservations due to the hotels tardiness. We were told after waiting for hours in the lobby with our luggage that a food and drink voucher of $300 would be applied. The operations manager (Heather) was immature and rude to us after sitting in the lobby for hours telling us to go to our room and calm down. We stayed here a couple years ago under a different name, this hotel has gone down hill unfortunately and we will not be back. Remember that voucher? They never applied it and charged me for all the food and drinks, I had to call back and explain everything again even though they told me everything looks fine with payment. Don’t come here, we will not be back again. You will pay for luxury hotel and won’t get that experience. Hot tubs didn’t work one time in our week stay."

"I do not recommend this hotel at all. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had while traveling with my family. The rooms were extremely dirty, the beds were broken, and the air conditioning barely worked. The room keys constantly stopped working, and the staff did nothing to properly fix the situation.On top of that, they charged extra money to my account, promised they would refund it, and I am still fighting to get my money back. The pools were completely overcrowded with no place to sit or enjoy time with family. The beach was dirty and smelled terrible, and the bathrooms were clogged and disgusting.To make things even worse, if you have a larger vehicle they give you a hard time about parking and charge you extra money to park somewhere else, even when you have to do it yourself because they won’t help.By far the worst place I have ever stayed at. I would never come back, not even if the stay was free. I am still dealing with them trying to recover my money.Not only were the rooms disappointing, but the biggest issue is that they continue charging my bank account without authorization even after my stay. Money keeps disappearing from my account and I am still fighting to get my refunds back.This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Guests should not have to worry about unauthorized charges or feel like their money is being stolen. I trusted this hotel with my family vacation and deeply regret it."

"Perfect place to stay to be by the pool and beach. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I was there for 4 days and 3 nights and I did not rent a car. Food and drinks are a bit pricey at the hotel so I do recommend going somewhere else to eat. There are many nice spots around the area. You can walk or take a Lyft/Uber for the further places."

"Pros: Ample parking, quick and easy Check-in, welcoming front desk staff, rooms were clean and very spacious, plenty of food and shopping options nearby. And plentiful of ubers available, Ubers are quick to pick up your request! Cons: You need a car to get around. "

"My room wasn’t cleaned one day. Requested a cleaning and left for about two hours and no change. Next spoke to front desk again in person and the room was cleaned. Small bathroom area. Sheets were moderately clean. Doors closing in other guest rooms is pretty jarring, very loud. Bar and food were good. Probably would not stay here again."

"We came here for a short trip and it was perfect. The hotel was clean, the beach was great, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was sufficient. We really enjoyed our stay."
