"Great environment, beautiful views and friendly staff. We had a problem with the fireplace, within minutes they had sent someone to fix it. Also the lock on the door into the room was not functioning, again they sent maintenance to fix it within minutes! Other than those couple little things, it was a great time! The room was great and I would recommend this place to many of my friends!"

"One modest hiccup. Our rooms had two TVs and 3 different remotes. All 3 were on the same counter with no guides or operating instructions. Very confusing for a couple of technology challenged 80+-year-old seniors. All we wanted to do was watch a specific program on a live broadcast. Finally figured it out after 20 minutes of trial and error. "

"Large enough rooms to have gatherings for the whole family. Clean rooms and quiet after 10pm. Breakfast isn’t anything special but does the trick. "

"This is our second time staying here and we will be coming back every year! We come to watch my best friend and her husband race at Brainerd International. The only complaint was when we went down for breakfast, we still had about 10 minutes before it ended but they were cleaning it out and unplugged the waffle maker in the middle of making a waffle, they took the syrup and utensils away while it was clear we were still getting our breakfast. Other than that, it was perfect!! "
