"Staff were super helpful. The breakfast room was well stocked and lots of seating."

"Good room size. Clean hotel. Disappointed on arrival that I was put on the 2 floor with a dog because they had forgotten I was bringing one. I did have communication about the dog prior to the trip. It would have been much easier to take the dog out regularly. The only other thing that was minor but slightly sad is I asked if the breakfast had bacon and I was told they did have bacon each day. When I got down to the breakfast they only had sausage patties (which I don't eat). Again this was a small thing."

"I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. The bed linens were crisp, fresh, and well-pressed, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. No bad odours from cleaning chemicals or previous guests. The continental breakfast was quite good, with a nice selection of fresh fruit and sweet pastries. I would definitely return and stay here again."

"The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was VERY hot in the room and the place overall needed a bit of maintenance but I would definitely stay again. Great price and a fantastic location."

"Room interior is old and tired looking but it is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Our room was a suite. Full kitchen was great. Only thing we needed was a spatula. Great location to restaurants, museums, and Byward Market. All walkable. We will stay here again for our next visit to Ottawa "
