"Close to the Byward market and the shopping mall, all within walking distance. Due to low season, we're able to pay for a 2- bedroom suite at a 1-bedroom price. Gym equipment, however, need update especially the thredmills."

"Great location downtown Ottawa, close to War Memorial and Parliament Buildings. Older building, but friendly service, quick check in. 2 bedroom suite was perfect for family of 6 with kitchenette and balcony."

"We stayed in room #530 Very clean, only complaint, needed better pillows and a harder mattress. A/C noisy, so made sure to turn it up at night so it didn't come on. Loved the breakfast, great variety. Staff very friendly. Perfect hotel if you want to walk to attractions. If you can walk 20,000 steps per day, this location is good. Underground parking at the hotel at $25 plus hst per night. 10 to 20 minutes walking to Byward Market, National Gallery, Notre Dame, Rideau Mall & Parliament Buildings. Very close to homeless shelter, so a lot of homeless people around. Just avoid Murray St and you'll be fine. Lot of homeless around the mall and numerous people begging in the market. We had no issues with any of them. We would stay here again a very well maintained property."
