Service, chambre, restaurant, rien n'est laissé au hasard, petit-déjeuner digne d'un 5*, vraiment positif en tous points..........même le parking, la piscine....!"

"Hotel is very well kept. Staff was extremely cordial and helpful. Thank-you to the young front desk clerk who advised us of the procession activity at night. 🙏. Large breakfast buffet. "

"Front desk is non-existent. Only saw the front desk lady on Saturday (considering we stayed in the hotel for 5 days). It's hard to communicate (no one answers the phone nor call back) if you need something or have a problem with your stay. Towels are old and needs to be retired (lot of holes). There's a small (8.5" x 11") sign in the front desk counter directing customer to call 2 other hotels if you need assistance. Elevator (lift) ride is scary. Other than these challenges, the hotel is okay."
