The hotel is really nice in general. We had a Sweet (bigger, nicer, more expensive) but noticed right off the mat, but it felt very hot (lots of windows, but also a lot of radiant heat from the sun. The air conditioner did not seem to be working very well. We asked them to check it on night number three, and they said everything was fine. But when we got back from dinner, it was very very hot. It was definitely cooler outside than inside, so we had to open all of the windows to let a little cool air come in, and threw the blanket on the ground and used only a sheet. It was still super hot all night, and loud as well because of surrounding noises. We hardly slept at all.

Everything about this hotel/appartment was amazing. The location was so close to everything and we had a very nice view out the windows. It felt very safe and although the streets were busy our room was quiet.
The host was amazing they sent us a list of restaurant, grocery store, and activity recommendations. They were easy to contact for check in information and gave us a direct line if we needed to contact them during our stay.
I was worried about there being no air conditioning but there were so many windows that created airflow we were never hot.
The kitchen area was well stocked with everything we could need during our stay.
I would highly recommend staying here and if I am ever back in Lisbon I will book here again.

Everything was perfect. Solo single woman traveler. I felt safe. Room was clean, breakfast was delicious!! This fit into my budget perfectly but the hotel was modern and accommodating. Smells really good too and close to most buses and trollers. Great neighborhood for fine dining and bars.
