Great location, comfortable rooms, good food, and most importantly amazing staff that always go the extra mile to make your stay a special one. Special thanks go to Mr. José Mendez who always makes sure that all guests are having a wonderful time. Furthermore, the swimming pool is very nice and heated, and we really enjoyed the mini-golf and the little steam next to it. "

The gardens are beautiful, breakfast includes fresh orange juice from the orange trees in the garden. Claudino is very generous with his time and knowledge. "

The receptionist's approach to the issue was not very nice, no apology and that I should have checked my messages, so it was my fault that I went to the hotel to check-in (?!). He reallocated us to a sister property with a lower star rating (Hotel do Paço by Vima Hotels) nearby which by the way was not...

"We were staying while my son was playing a football tournament. We stayed in a suite and it was excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffet are small but of excellent quality. We will definitely stay here again."
