"After dealing with some really disappointing hotel experiences on this trip, staying here was an absolute breath of fresh air. This hotel is truly wonderful, and the hospitality we experienced was outstanding. Here is why I highly recommend this hotel: Generous Upgrades & Stunning Views: Unlike other hotels that refuse to accommodate guests, Taal Vista kindly upgraded our room upon availability. The view of the Taal Volcano straight from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking and unforgettable. Wonderful & Kind Staff: The customer service here is excellent. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Fantastic Buffet & Live Music: The buffet was delicious with a great variety of food. To make the dining experience even better, they had someone beautifully serenading the guests while we ate, which created such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Taal Vista Hotel knows how to treat their guests right. It gave me the peaceful, beautiful break I truly needed. I will definitely be back!"

"The family studio suite is very spacious except for the bathroom. It would be nicer and more comfortabe if the bathroom has enough or bigger space and also has another split type aircon in the kitchen or living room area."

"The place was really nice to relax and unwind. We're just not prepared for where the place was located. Pababa sya masyado, prang ang hirap umahon.😂😂😂 Also, bring your own toiletries, there a small store at the bottom of the property that you can buy some essentials (not all) but they don't provide toiletries, just towels from what I was told. Overall, the experience was great. The caretakers were very nice too!"
