"The property was just as advertised! We enjoyed the kitchen and living spaces (inside and out) when we were at the house. The kitchen has everything that we needed and more. The walk to Old Rag was quick - just up the road. We went over to Skyline drive to do some hikes there too…. We visited Sperryville, Flint Hill, Culpeper and Little Washington. Went to some breweries, cider places, and wineries along with apple picking and some shopping. Walked the dog up and down Nethers road….and went up a few of the side roads. The fenced in backyard was great for him. Loved listening to the neighboring cows and other animals. Enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub (especially after some of the longer hikes). We had a great stay!"

"Truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This place was absolutely beautiful, clean and well stocked. It’s clear the owners put a lot of love and expert care into the property. "place is really nice. living room and basement stays really cool thanks to two mini-split units though the master bedroom can get pretty warm.there was firewood available when we were here and the firepit was pretty nice.you have to cross a creek to get to the property, but there are some support bits that make it a bit easier if you have a vehicle thats low to the ground.overall very clean and nice place; highly reccomend."
