Pino Torinese Holidays

As a VIP Access Hotel, the only perk was staying on the top floor. Unfortunately, they do not have parking. They did not upgrade us to free breakfast, and to top it all off, we had a negative experience with water and shower issues. We had no water for hours, could not flush the toilet or take a shower, and the shower head was broken. We hope these issues are addressed to improve future guest experiences.

Big and clean room with fridge. Air conditioning works well. Parking is great. The best is the staff: very kind and friendly so you can feel at home and enjoy the beautiful city of Torino.

Oh I LOVED this hotel! It was so charming and characterful. We were welcomed warmly and professionally. The rooms were individual and ours had a really high ceiling and air conditioning, with a decent en-suite shower room. Despite having beds for 4 people it felt very spacious. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with lovely coffees freshly made to order, and the breakfast room was stunning! We had an excellent meal at a restaurant just down the street and would love to return when we are in Turin again.

The hotel was perfectly located for one night stay with family due to choice of restaurants nearby. Little disappointed with the two rooms given as a puddle of water noticed by the air-conditioning unit in our room and daughters room had a faulty shower door. However, the staff were very accommodating and kindly moved us to an accommodation unit where the family could stay together within and have own rooms, which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean and tidy. Overall, we had a fabulous stay.
