"Only thing i could possibly say is it was a good stay but im fairly sure someone tried to break into the room at some point after me checking in and before i checked out, when i checked in i looked out the window and when i got up to get ready i was going to crack the window and noticed that someone had tried to pull the screen from the outside"

"Air conditioning was fine, once I figured it out. Shower floor was VERY dirty."

"We had a wonderful stay. Our unit was very clean and had a great partial ocean view. The resort is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The only issue we experienced was that after dark, bats were flying around our balcony, and in the morning there were bat droppings present. We reported it to the front desk, and they responded quickly. Housekeeping came to clean and disinfect the balcony, and the staff sincerely apologized and offered to move us. Since the balcony was cleaned thoroughly, we were comfortable staying in our unit. We did notice a hole in the corner of the roof near our balcony that may be where they’re nesting. Housekeeping said they would report it. Other than that, our stay was wonderful and very relaxing. We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and would consider staying again."

"Guy at the front counter was nice and helpful. Decent parking in back. Had room for our trailer. Breakfast was great. Fresh and had variety. Gas station and Starbucks super close to hotel. Room was clea- beds and pillows were cozy. "

"Clean room, everything seemed nice and tidy. Only gripe is the lack of toothpaste, soap, shampoo or anything of the sort. However, this is a motel so you have to keep that in mind as well."

"The manager/owner was very rude and unprofessional. We had booked to stay there 2 nights. The morning after the first night around 8am the entire motel had a power outage. We were told that the power will not be restored maybe all day. I have asthma couldn’t use my nebulizer anymore, no hot shower, no way to charge our phones etc so we asked if we could checkout since its before 11am and get a refund issued for the night we hadn’t used. The manager/owner said it’s not my fault the power went out. Luckily hotels.com issued us a refund and us a stay in carmel by the sea 100x better stay "

"Great house! The kitchen is fully stocked and great appliances. Great location that is close to everything. The host is super responsive and when you get there they have cute little towel bundles waiting for you on the bed. Great hot tub too. Highly recommend!"
