    - There are 2 reserved parking spots in the driveway (please note part of the driveway is steep), and there’s also free street parking available.

    This is a very quiet, family neighborhood. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

    - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

Home is clean and has all the amenities for your use. Nice and safe area with a little view. They have everything you need to use at the beach which is only a short walk down. Will definitely keep this place in mind when we are coming back to the area.

Family of 5 here. This house definitely met our expectations. It was nice that the house provided some beach toys so it was less we had to worry about packing. The rooms worked out well for all of us and the upstairs is great for cooking and taking in the beautiful view. Short walk to the beach (about 5 minutes) and it was nice to be able to grill. The only thing missing for outside patio area would be a little table to be able to eat out there. Otherwise, great spot!
